You rehearse conversations before you have them. You say yes when you mean no. You put something off for weeks and then turn on yourself for putting it off. You try to control things you can’t. From the outside, you look like you have it handled. Inside, you're on the edge of a cliff.

Anxiety that’s hard to see

Different kinds of “stuck

Anxiety and worry — social anxiety, overthinking, the constant hum of worry and planning that never quite switches off

Confidence and assertiveness — knowing what you want, saying what you need, without the second-guessing

Life transitions — the ones you chose and the ones you didn't, and the questions about who you are on the other side

Grief and loss — including complicated grief, when grief won’t move and life feels like it just isn’t moving forward

Ways to Work Together

  • Individual Psychotherapy

For clients located in Michigan and Pennsylvania. Individual therapy is used to address mental health diagnoses and support overall mental and emotional well-being. Sessions are held virtually and are typically 45-60 minutes each week.

  • Wellness Coaching

Coaching is time-limited with a focus on helping you change your behavior and reach a particular goal. Different packages are available to help you meet your needs. Not therapy. Available anywhere in the United States.

  • Skills Groups

Wild Wellness groups aim to help participants address mental health diagnoses and build skills and strategies to support well-being in a small group setting. Groups are held weekly for 4, 6, or 8 week periods on various topics such as assertiveness, social anxiety, yoga, and more.

  • Self-Guided Tools

Worksheets and tools you can use on your own, today. For free.
