Individual Services
Individual therapy is used to address mental health diagnoses and support mental health. Wellness coaching is a goal-focused solution for overall wellness and prevention. Sessions are held virtually and are typically 45-60 minutes each week. Individual clients have full access to all Wild Wellness tools and videos.

Groups
Wild Wellness groups aim to help participants address mental health diagnoses and build skills and strategies to support well-being in a small group setting. Groups are held weekly for 4, 6, or 8 week periods on various topics such as assertiveness, social anxiety, yoga, cooking, and more.

Workshops & Retreats
Workshops & Retreats are interactive, small group offerings focused on developing a particular strategy, skill, or focus area. Offered in-person or virtually, they focus on experiential learning and encourage real-time practice and discussion.

E-Courses
Not interested in working with a provider? E-courses are self-paced lessons designed to teach you tangible skills and strategies to improve your wellness without the support of a provider. A complete workbook is included with all e-courses.

Workplace Wellness
Wellness isn’t just for our personal lives, we also need to feel well in the workplace. Workplace wellness services are designed for employers who want help ensuring the workplace is supportive of employee wellness via consultation and workshops.
